This 110 sq.m. apartment on the second floor of a new building in Papagou was redesigned to meet clients’ standards  that were not satisfied by the proposal of the constructor company.    

One of the most requested features was the inclusion of a private bathroom, providing a sense of exclusivity and convenience. To achieve this, we removed a long internal wall, which previously created a narrow and dimly lit corridor leading to the children’s bathroom. This alteration resulted in the creation of two suites with bathrooms and custom made walk-in closets with hidden lighting.  The master’s walk in closet was internally lined with wood and had access through sliding mirrored doors. In the children’s bedroom we constructed a custom made office composition with a big desk and several shelves.

The removal of the wall also provided a more spacious and brighter area for the kitchen. We were able to incorporate a cozy island with stools, perfect for the family of three to enjoy quality time together. Movements from and towards the bedrooms were facilitated as well, while visually linking all interior doors to the living room. To address this, we selected doors with hidden frames and took advantage of the wall space between them to showcase beautiful pieces from the owners’ personal art collection. We also decorated with selected paintings two custom made compositions in the living room, a TV set with storage spaces that integrates the fireplace and a bookcase with a built in desk made of metal and wood.

Overall, the remodelling of this apartment allowed us to create a warm and inviting atmosphere tailor made for our clients’ needs. We take great pride in the result and hope it brings years of joy and comfort to its residents.
