WiFOR INSTITUTE OFFICE SPACE
WiFOR INSTITUTE OFFICE SPACE
Introducing a recently renovated 128 sq.m. apartment on the third floor, situated in the heart of Athens on Michalakopoulou Street. This thoughtfully transformed space is now home to the offices of Wifor Institute, known for conducting economic research with its headquarters in Germany. The apartment has been redesigned to cater to the needs of the institute’s Greek employees and provide a welcoming environment for visiting German collaborators.
Careful attention was given to the layout to ensure optimal functionality, tailored to meet the client’s requirements. A versatile guest area has been cleverly crafted, featuring a practical wall-mounted cabinet that effortlessly transforms into a workstation, enabling visitors to work comfortably. Enhancing privacy, the entrance from the reception area to the kitchen has been elegantly sealed with a partition wall. Additionally, a discreet door has been added to the corridor adjacent to the guest area, granting exclusive access to the nearest bathroom and kitchen, which have been designed to double as a suite.
A collapsible partition separates the meeting area from a dedicated office space, ensuring a serene and focused atmosphere for important discussions. When needed, the partition can be effortlessly opened to create a cohesive space, ideal for accommodating large corporate gatherings. Moreover, a specially designed soundproof booth guarantees employees’ confidentiality during phone calls.
Our aim is to create a workspace that prioritizes comfort and fosters a positive work environment, reflecting modern concepts of optimal work conditions. Height-adjustable desks have been thoughtfully included, offering users the freedom to adapt their working positions and benefit from scientifically proven advantages associated with ergonomic adjustments. Additionally, cozy non-office collaboration areas have been incorporated, featuring a welcoming lounge area complete with a comfortable corner sofa and a stylish tall table paired with ergonomic chairs, perfect for relaxed professional discussions or mealtime interactions.
